We can not live with no stress because, believe it or not, it is an important part of our lives and makes us aware and alert to our setting. It is a signal to be conscious of the environment or a situation which needs to be addressed. Learning to read these signals is what is required instead of taking medicine to relieve ourselves of the symptoms!
